At Tendonpolishon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion and accessories purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund instead.
